Isabel is a British student studying International Economics and Management at Università Bocconi. As Marketing Director at VOYCE, her role focuses on shaping VOYCE’s brand identity, overseeing digital content, and ensuring consistency and quality across platforms.
She has a strong interest in marketing, media, and storytelling, particularly in how digital content and campaigns can translate complex ideas into accessible and engaging narratives. Alongside her work at VOYCE, Isabel has led social media campaigns and creative projects, developing experience in content strategy, design, and video production. More broadly, she is interested in the intersection of culture, communication, and policy, and how strategic storytelling can influence public discussion.

Kate Headland is an undergraduate student studying Politics at King’s College London. Her studies focus on statistical research, political theory, and international relations. Beyond her studies, Kate remains committed to making positive change within her community by volunteering at community kitchens, care homes, and schools.

Growing up at the Italian-Austrian border, he brings a cross cultural perspective to European cooperation and governance. He built his research, writing and public speaking skills through national debate competition and student media. He joined VOYCE in order to transform his interest in European affairs into concrete opportunities for youth engagement and policy impact.

Matteo Mio is an Italian student, raised between Italy and Switzerland, currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s in Economics and Politics at the LSE through Forward College’s international program. Passionate about innovation and social progress, he manifests his curiosities through reading, writing and debating, touching on topics such as the
Matteo Mio is an Italian student, raised between Italy and Switzerland, currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s in Economics and Politics at the LSE through Forward College’s international program. Passionate about innovation and social progress, he manifests his curiosities through reading, writing and debating, touching on topics such as the startup ecosystem or European technologic industries as well as general public policy and AI regulation.
Through his academic journey, he has studied in Lisbon, is currently based in Paris and is projected to finish his bachelor in Berlin. He is also working in Automations and AI integration consulting as part of a freelancing group and loves to discuss such topics with other professionals and interested individuals at events such as Web Summit, which he has attended in the past two editions and hosted a booth at.
When he is not studying or working, he can be found at the gym or football field, but also at any random jazz bar in Paris. He also enjoys having politically challenging conversations with friends (or strangers) and traveling to countries of which he does not speak the language.

She has built practical experience through internships across think tanks, private equity, and international law firms, contributing to projects on EU energy policy, dispute resolution, and sustainable investment strategies.
Alongside her professional experience, Matilde has taken on leadership roles in student organisations, moderating panels with NATO and EU policymakers, publishing analysis with political risk societies and articles in international relations journals. She is currently serving as a Young European Ambassador, where she organises events promoting EU values and civic engagement in Eastern Partnership countries.
