Constantin Tremmel, is in his third year of law

studies at the Ludwig Maximilians Universität in Munich. AS a scholarship holder of the

Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom, he is deeply committed to liberal values and the

idea of a strong, sovereign, and united Europe.

This belief guides both his academic path and his civic engagement - for instance, through

his voluntary work supporting refugees, he advocates for reform-oriented politics that respect the voice of the younger generation. We are not just the future - we are part of the present.

Gabriele Mammarella is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management at Bocconi University in Milan, where he is actively engaged in initiatives related to strategic analysis, finance, and geopolitics. He serves as a Research Fellow in the Foreign Policy Commission at VOYCE.  

He has a strong interest in international affairs, innovation, and public policy, alongside a deep passion for the entrepreneurial ecosystem. He is committed to continuously improving his skills and contributing to a more integrated, effective, and cohesive European Union.  

Gabriele believes that the challenges of the new decade require pragmatism and a multidisciplinary approach, and he strives to contribute by fostering informed debate among policymakers and the broader public, with a view to advancing deeper and more efficient European integration.

Leonardo Beria is a student of Economics and Management at Bocconi University and founder and co-host of a podcast at Radio Bocconi, where he covers economics, politics and current affairs. He is a Research Fellow in the Foreign Policy Commission at VOYCE, producing analytical articles on EU policy and geopolitics, translating complex macro and strategic issues into clear frameworks and practical insights. He believes in European integration as a project that carries forward the vision of its founding principles, promoting cooperation, stability and freedom in an increasingly complex global landscape.

Amalie Sofie Hjulmand is a Master student at the London School of Economics and Political Science, studying European and International Policy and Politics. Her interests lie in the intersection between international law, foreign policy, geopolitics and defence, focusing on the Arctic region. As the co-founder of ForWorld, she has facilitated discussions and debates during her bachelor degree at Forward College, a pan-European university studying across Portugal, France, and Germany. Alongside her studies, she has interned at Gode Penge, a Danish think-tank working for a more sustainable and just monetary system. Similarly, she has been engaged with organisations such as YATA Denmark and European Liberal Youth.

Andrea Picone is currently pursuing a master's degree in European Affairs at Sciences Po Paris, where he specializes in the external dimension of EU economic and legal power. His academic work examines the legal foundations enabling the EU to act internationally, making the case for treaty reform to strengthen the Union's global projection. 

He is a Research Fellow for VOYCE's Foreign Policy Commission. Most recently, he worked as a research intern at the European Public Law Organisation, where he produced briefs and in-depth policy analyses for European Commission experts.

Matteo Minafra is a Bachelor’s student in International Politics and Government at Bocconi University, aiming to specialise in European governance, diplomacy, and transnational policy. As a researcher and board member within a diplomacy association, he actively contributes to analytical work on international relations and institutional cooperation, a commitment he already pursued as the lead of the geopolitical section within a cultural association he helped grow over the past two years. Matteo’s interests centre on the European Union’s role as a global actor, the evolution of its foreign and security policy, and the challenges posed by an increasingly competitive international environment. He is particularly committed to exploring how diplomacy, strategic partnerships, and institutional cooperation can strengthen the European Union’s capacity to promote stability, defend its interests, and reinforce its influence in global affairs.

Academic background: 

I am in my final year of Sciences Po’s bachelor’s degree in social sciences with a specialization in foreign policy, international relations and political science. Next year, I will be a part of Sciences Po’s Europe in the World programme, which is specifically focused on the actions of the EU as a consequent international actor. 

After that programme, I particularly hope to get involved in European diplomacy, with the objectives of defending the EU’s interests and values. 

Hobbies

Beyond foreign policy, I am particularly interested in psephology, European and American history as well as energy sovereignty within the context of the EU. As such, I am particularly attentive to European and American elections, as well as the electrification process of the EU. 

Tamer El Imad is a student at Bocconi University pursuing a joint bachelor's degree with HEC Paris in International Politics and Data Analysis. He is a Research Fellow in the Foreign Policy Commission at Voyce. His interests are focused on the geopolitics of the energy transition, as well as European foreign policy in developing nations. He is a strong believer in the growing push for principled pragmatism as a European foreign policy strategy and researches its applications in different regions.
