Naman Bharadwaj is a BSc student in International Economics and Management at Bocconi University, with experience spanning public service, finance, and organisational leadership. Raised in Singapore in a multicultural environment, he developed an early interest in how institutions allocate finite resources and how incentives shape long-term outcomes.
He completed two years of National Service with the Republic of Singapore Navy, serving as 2IC of a Seawards RHIB unit, where he directed a small operational team in high-stakes maritime environments. The role shaped his perspective on accountability, disciplined decision-making under uncertainty, and the importance of trust in team performance.
Alongside his studies, Naman has worked in investment and M&A roles at Luminance Capital and Hetmos, building valuation models and supporting due diligence on live transactions. Engaging directly with capital allocation decisions strengthened his interest in how financial structures and incentives influence organisational outcomes.
